Condominio Playa Azul is ideally located about 5 minutes from the famous Luquillo Beach "El Balneario de Luquillo", although, the complex is right on a semi-private beach all by itself. Use the beach gate and you'll be right on the Atlantic Ocean.
Condominio Playa Azul is located 10 minutes from the Westin Rio Mar and El Conquistador Resorts and 15 minutes from El Yunque National Rain Forest. It is also close to supermarkets, pharmacy and fast food. The condo is about 40 minutes from the International Airport Luis Muñoz Marin in San Juan.

$975/week or $165 per day/night (ask owner for the rate for longer periods)
*The above rates are for 6 occupants or less.
*Rate per additional occupant is $100/week up to 8 occupants max
*Security deposit $200.00 & up depending on length of rental. The security deposit will be refunded after return of complete set of keys and verification of inventory and condition of apartment. A 25% deposit is required. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations with less than 30 days notice require payment in full by express mail.
*There is a one time cleaning fee of $70
*There is also a $20 fee for parking for the length of your stay payable to the guard at the gate.

*No Pets - sorry! the Association rules prohibit RENTERS from bringing in pets.
