Convenient low level floor.  It's a three bedroom two bathroom corner apartment on the 3rd floor of Playa Azul 1 Apt. #310 with many amenities. Very clean and well kept. All rooms with A/C. The master bedroom has Cable TV, walk-in closet, its private bathroom, and king size bed. The other two rooms have queen size beds.  This apartment can sleeps 6 very comfortably.  Nice view to palm tree grove and beach front right outside the windows.  The kitchen fully equipped with an oven range, a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and toaster.  Also fully furnished dining area, living room, and terrace.  This unit is equipped with internet connection but NO phone - bring your laptop and cell phone with you.

 

The Unit Amenities include:  Linen, Towels, Cable TV, VCR, Water Heater.

The Complex Amenities:  swimming pools for adults and children, tennis, basketball courts and playgrounds.  There are fast food and restaurants, a supermarket, a drugstore, a Laundromat and many local stores within a short walk away.

The Vicinity features:  20 min walk to Luquillo Public Beach.  There are nearby Pubs and eateries within walking distance. The casinos at El Conquistador Hotel in Fajardo, and the Westin Rio Mar Resort in Rio Grande are just 15 minutes drive away.

$975/week or $165 per day/night (ask owner for the rate for longer periods)

*Rate per additional occupant is $100/week up to 8 occupants max
*There is a one time cleaning fee of $70
*There is also a $20 fee for parking for the length of your stay payable to the guard at the gate.
