BEAUTIFUL BEACH FRONT CONDO - A 3 bedrooms with two bathrooms corner apartment on the 7th floor of building Playa Azul I Apt. #701 with spectacular views of the beach and the surrounding areas. This apartment has been carefully furnished and it has a 32" TV with High Speed Broadband internet access and Cable TV with HBO and other amenities.

The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with everything you need for that delicious and sumptuous dinner or you can order or carry out from the many fast food and restaurants in the area. You will enjoy the comfort of a ceramic stove top, microwave, coffee maker, etc.
The bedrooms are equipped with A/Cs and all the towels and linen you need for that perfect vacation.

The condominium complex is laid out on the beach with a full size swimming pool and a separate wadding pool for toddlers, tennis court, basketball courts, handball court and a playground with benches and play equipment for children and grown ups. You will have direct access to the beach.

CONDOMINIO PLAYA AZUL IS LOCATED approx. 10 minutes from the Westin Rio Mar and the Wyndham El Conquistador Resorts and Casinos. There are Supermarkets, pharmacies, and a variety of stores within a walking distance. You can also get to the islands of Vieques and Culebras by ferry boat from the bordering town of Fajardo.

$975/week or $165 per day/night (ask owner for the rate for longer periods)

*Rate per additional occupant is $100/week up to 8 occupants max
*There is a one time cleaning fee of $70
*There is also a $20 fee for parking for the length of your stay payable to the guard at the gate.
