Enjoy the spectacular panoramic views of the ocean and countryside from this 2 bedrooms with 1 bathroom apartment on the top floor 22nd floor of Playa Azul #3 Apt. #2206 with superb views of the ocean and El Yunque National Rain Forest.  The only tropical rain forest in the U.S.A.  This apartment has an almost perfect 360º panoramic bird's eye view of the area including the El Conquistador and the Wyndham Rio Mar Resorts and Casinos, and the Fajardo Light House.  The top left photo is taken from the balcony of the condo.  It can accommodate 5 occupants comfortably (depending on family composition) in one queen size bed, and a bunk bed with a twin size on top and a full size on the bottom.  The unit is furnished with all the basic needs as can be seen on the photos.  The bedrooms have AIR CONDITIONERS and ceiling and floor fans.  The trade winds which blow a constant breeze off the ocean keep you comfortable and this being a corner apartment with windows on all four sides enjoys air flow from all directions.  The kitchen is also equipped with the basics and include some pots and pans for limited cooking.  There is a washing machine for your convenience but NO DRYER and NO DISHWASHER (for energy conservation - we use the tropical sun and breeze to dry our clothes); we recommend you use disposable paper goods and utensils, there are Laundromats outside the main gate

The condo is furnished in rattan.  The floors are shiny in cool ceramic tile and the condo is painted in bright tropical pastel colors.  There is a Stereo and TV, and a DVD player, and TELEPHONE for local calls only (use your cell for long distance).  There are several video rental places and the supermarket Amigo across the street offers the $1 rental machine where you can rent movies.  Sorry! we do not offer CableTV.  There is FREE WI-FI connection in the town's square; so you can park your car and connect to the internet to check your emails.

This apartment is equipped for a relaxing vacation.  I have tried to provide all the basic needs you will need for your vacation and If there is anything missing please understand that you are renting my apartment the way I have set-it up.  If you are looking for luxury then you will have to pay those rates elsewhere, my rates represent the use of my apartment as is.  Please make sure to ask any questions before signing the Lease.

RATES*
*$750.00 per week or $130 per day/night (ask owner for the rate for longer periods)
*Plus a refundable Security Deposit of $200 and up The Security Deposit will be promptly refunded upon return of keys and verification of phone charges, and condition and content of apartment.
*The above rates are for 4 occupants or less.
*Rate per additional occupant is $100/week up to 6 occupants max
*There is a one time cleaning fee of $60
*There is also a $20 fee for parking for the length of your stay payable to the guard at the gate.
*Forms of payment in US Dollars only: US Postal Money Order or Cashier Bank Check preferred, and for your convenience you have the option of using your credit cards thru the Paypal secure paying service or thru the Google Checkout if you agree to pay an additional 2.9% fee plus any foreign currency exchange fee for the convenience of using your credit cards thru the Paypal or Google services. Please let me know if you will be paying thru Paypal or Google and I will email you an invoice with the correct amount to send.  Sorry! NO PERSONAL CHECKS.

*To reserve this apartment you will have to return the signed Lease with the initial payment of rent.  The balance of rent, the security deposit, and the cleaning fee must be received at least 20 days before your arrival.
*No Pets - sorry! the Association rules prohibit RENTERS from bringing in pets.
*Our No Smoking policy is part of the Lease - This is a smoke free apartment, smoking is not allowed and the extra cost of cleaning the nicotine smears and odors from the apartment will be deducted from the security deposit and you will be banned from future rentals.
